An outstanding balance is created in the time between when a subscription fee is invoiced and when it is actually debited using the chosen method of payment. Invoicing cycles and plans
The existence of an outstanding balance has the following implications:
- If automatic renewal is disabled and an outstanding balance exists, you will be notified of said balance. If the outstanding balance is not paid immediately, the amount of said balance will be debited on the next scheduled date of payment using the method of payment currently set up.
- If you try to remove a method of payment or cancel a subscription with an outstanding balance, Ipertrade will immediately try to debit the entire amount of said balance. If you cannot pay the balance, for whatever reason, Contact technical support to resolve the issue before proceeding.
