By subscribing to a Pro account you will enjoy all the benefits of our basic support package, but with a significant reduction in response times when requests arrive via e-mail and ticket support.

Advanced Telephone Support

You will need to schedule the call through the support portal and let us know a time that suits your needs so we can connect with you. We recommend that you anticipate the nature of the call ahead of time so that we can assign you the most appropriate resource for your needs. Advanced telephone support calls are limited to 30 minutes and can deal with more complex issues.
