Refunds for BookingFor subscriptions
Purchases: Purchases are final and non-refundable unless the service offer or applicable law confirms your eligibility for a refund. Refunds are generally not available for downloaded digital content.
Subscriptions: When you cancel a paid service you may be entitled to a refund. To cancel, go to the Bookingfor account website. To find out if you are entitled to a refund from Ipertrade, Contact Technical Support. If you purchased the service from another reseller, please contact them.
If you are a European customer and you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund. To download a refund request form, click here or Contact Technical Support.
