Reactivation of canceled or suspended subscriptions

BookingFor: life cycle of a subscription

The following graph shows what can be expected when a subscription to a BookingFor subscription expires.

If the subscription has been accidentally canceled or has been allowed to expire or if you have simply changed your mind, you will be able to reactivate the subscription if that subscription has a suspension period: the suspension period indicates the period of time in which it is still possible to renew or update the service after subscription expiration and cancellation; in addition, some services retain certain specific details if reactivated during the suspension period . However, not all subscriptions have a suspension period. For information regarding the suspension period, it is therefore necessary to check the contract relating to the subscription service.

To view the subscription service agreement:

  • Log in to the Bookingfor Account website – Billing .
  • Tap or click Subscriptions .
  • Select the subscription to verify or manage.
  • Tap or click Read Service Agreement , if the link is displayed along with the subscription description. If you do not see the link to your subscription service agreement, we recommend that you refer to your subscription welcome or login email for more information.

If your subscription terms include a suspension period, you will be able to Contact Technical Support for reactivation assistance. However, if your subscription has no suspension period or if the suspension period has ended, you will need to create a new subscription if you want to use this service again.
